I need a password to reset my printer.

Hello, I am trying to factory reset this printer. But, in order to do so, I would need to go into the "Setup" tab which is password protected. Since I have forgotten that password, I need assistance in resetting that password. What should I do?

I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password 

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
