Product: HP Envy Photo 6255
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

This is the worst experience that I have ever had trying to contact customer support anywhere. This problem, according to the person at Apple support, was recently caused by HP and I have tried everything to correct it.

Apple helped me up to a point and then said that I had to contact HP. You make it impossible.
