I have a new install on a Windows 11 MS Surface Pro. None of the default drivers work with my OfficeJet Pro 6968.
We need the old driver, HP OfficeJet Pro PCL-3.

On your PC go to control panel>right click on devices and printers and select open>right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on printing preferences and then click advanced.
I have found in some cases the access is different.

The only thing that you can try is the HP Smart Universal Printer Driver for ARM processors. No assurance it will work but it is the ONLY driver that HP makes that might even remotely make that possible.

Thank you for assist, but this failed as well. It looks as though the test is being sent to the printer, it just does not print. All other printers are printing without issue. Perhaps this printed needs to be retired.

Have you tried installing from 123.hp.com?

I suggest you try manually setting the driver to PCL3 through the driver settings
