To connect your printer to your account, especially if you are using the HP All-In Plan, here are the steps you should follow:

Set Up Your Printer: After receiving your printer, you need to set it up. Follow the setup instructions in the setup guide or quick start guide that came with the printer. Make sure to install the HP app on each device that will use the printer.

Login: Use the same account credentials you used to enroll in the HP All-In Plan to log into the HP app.

Enable Connections: Ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your computer or mobile device. Connect all devices, including the printer, to the same network and disable any Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Maintain Internet Connection: Make sure the printer maintains a wireless or Ethernet connection to the Internet (USB is not supported during the setup).
