Product: Brother QL-810W label maker, Epson RR-600 Receipt Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I really need help in getting this computer to recognize My Brother Ql-810W Label Maker.  I have triedd downolading drivers and software from th OEM, but was unable to complete the download.  everything download except the drivers.  I then tried my Avast Driver Download and was unsuccessful, then System Mechanic and was unsuccessful, I tired driver support without success.  I am now at a loss as to how to proceed.  Can anyone give me some direction.

 

I am also having the same problem with my Epson RR-600 receipt scanner.
