Hi @devina28,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

You can download the latest available driver for your HP LaserJet P1102 printer for macOS 15.5 (Sequoia) from HP’s official support page:

Driver Page Link: HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

Notes for macOS 15.5 (Sequoia):

  • HP may not have released a dedicated driver for macOS 15.5 yet, but macOS often uses Apple’s built-in AirPrint or generic drivers for older printers.

  • If the driver isn’t installed or the printer isn’t recognized:
    • Try resetting the printing system (System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Right-click > Reset).
    • Then add the printer again, and macOS should auto-select the best available driver.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

The problem is that driver itself is not allowed to be installed, it says "This update requires macOS version 15.0 or earlier."
then the window is closed, I tried the latest available version which is macOS12. so driver needs update and newer version to be installed on macOS 15.5 and the next versions
