HELP!

I have a HP6970 printer that no longer has a "driver available"

My laptop, running Windows 10, will not print to the driver for HP6970.

It used to print successfully to a printer shown as "HP1CBC86" (HP6970) but now is saying that the driver is unavailable.

It stopped recognizing the printer after a Windows 10 update

I have download the regular HP 6970 driver an installed it after deleting the previous driver and that has not been successful.

Please help.

Does anyone know of this HP1CBC86 driver?

HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 Printer software and driver available here should be compatible with Windows 10. If in case that drive fails then, remove the printer software and driver again and  try adding a Windows Built in Printer driver. Instructions on how to Install and use the Windows Built-in Print Driver can be found here
