Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Steps to install the built-in driver:

Connect the Printer: Plug your HP Photosmart C4480 into your computer using a USB cable.

Automatic Installation: Windows should automatically detect the printer and install the necessary drivers.

Verify Installation:

Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.

Ensure your HP Photosmart C4480 appears in the list of printers.

Set as Default Printer (optional):

Click on your printer in the list.

Select Manage > Set as default.
