Not to beat a dead horse... 

I'm running Windows 8.1 on a new laptop, my Officejet 4500 will print, but full function (scan, etc...) are non functioning. The driver download, HP Print Doctor do not provide any help. They all day there's something wrong with the driver. Full function software not installed, and after I download, the files extract and... nothing.

 

I've tried wireless and USB connections.

 

Please help! I need to use the other functions of this device.

I just had my computer clean up and clear.

When I came home I realize my hp officejet 4500 is not connect.

I dont know where I put the disc
