The problem is that the full installation software FROM HP needs the file hpzpnp.ice.  Without this file you cannot install the HP 4500 printer.  Where is the file?

 

What happened to the quality control?

 

I have Windows 8.1 and downloaded the Full Installtion for HP Printer 4500 wireless from hp.com and tried many times to installed but got the same error "system cannot find the file specified" (hpzpnp.ice).

 

Can you please help?
