Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I'm 84 and never used HPSmart before. I tried to search for answers but not to good at it. I amtrying to update my fishing book  I have forest service maps I purchased. The main map is in black. The waterways need to be in blue but they come ion black. I need to convert transparencies to black to blue. Is that possible with HP Smart?

No,

HP Smart offers scanning and enhancing features, to edit an existing image to different colors you would need any photo editing program such as Photoshop as an example, or many other alternatives.

 

The HP Software does not offer any such editing capabilities.
