I need to reset the EWS admi

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to reset the EWS admin password on my hp Deskjet 3630. I tried resetting the printer but it still asks for a password. How do I reset the password?

@taff68 -- is there a tiny hole in the back of the printer? 

Does a straightened-out paper-clip fit into that hole?

Is the printer powered-off, and the power-cord removed?

If you insert the P-C, and push it, do you hear a "click" ?

After the "click", is the printer back to "factory defaults" ?
