HP Recommended

I purchased a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP 3301 CDW from Costco.  It prints the test print.  After it sits, I get an undefined printing error.  I run the trouble shooter and nothing is found.  I thought I downloaded thew correct drivers, but my specific model number is not available.  Just 3301 printer drivers.

HP Recommended

In most cases HP produces one "series driver", meaning, any 330x printer use the same driver. Your other option, if you have windows based computer would be to use the HP Smart Universal Printer Driver.
