I enrolled in the program to receive ink as needed but have never received anything and have been billed monthly. I print 5-10 pages every 6 months but had a bulk print job recently which drained my ink. The app says supplies are fine so I contacted support only to find out they forgot to enable my service so I have yet to get a single thing from over a year of payments. I mentioned this to support and asked them to just send the ink I pay for but it’s been almost 2 weeks with nothing at all. I have to go to mailboxes store to print now which HP will not reimburse me for. Don’t fall for this scam! Just buy your own ink from a discount place online.
