Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I sold my OfficeJet Pro 8035 and can't figure out how to reset it to factory settings and set up with their own email. Can somebody please help me with this asap?

Hi,

If you may used HP Instant Ink services, you would need to cancel the enrollment so be sure to follow below guidelines on this matter:

Other than that, perform a Cold Reset for the printer to remove any personal information or configuration, here are the stepa from its user guide:
