HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer

I recently switched from AT&T internet to Spectrum. I had to do the setup over. During setup, it said unable to connect to internet. Retry later. I never could finish the setup. The same thing happened again and again. When I tried to print, it says send to fax printer. I don't have a fax number. I would like it to print regularly. Can someone help me?

I suspect you're having the same issue that I am--some kind of an incompatibility between a spectrum software rollout and HP printers.  After spending most of a Saturday working with HP support, I was advised that the problem was with the spectrum software upgrade, and software updates would be necessary.  In the interim, I was advised to complete the setup using my hotspot, and switch to the hotspot for internet service whenever I need to print/copy etc something.  It's cumbersome but it's worked ok.  Meanwhile, I was told that the software "fix" was under "discussion" and would likely occur by the end of January.  I've heard nothing from anyone since and I'm wondering if anyone else has heard anything?

I should mention that my hotspot is a different vendor than spectrum which is why the setup worked.
