I need to reset the region on M209dw Laser jet printer as I have replaced with a genuine HP toner (134x) and I have received an incompatible ink cartridge error

@FN07, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The region reset is done when you switch from one region to another, as the cartridges available may differ between regions.

Please let me know if you have changed your region. If so, could you specify from which country you moved and where you're currently residing?

Additionally, if you haven't changed your region, I recommend referring to this guide to troubleshoot any issues related to incompatible cartridges.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
