HP Recommended

Had Instant Ink subscription and cancelled it.  Of course couldn't print because cartridges were subscription.  So re-started Instant Ink subscription.  Within a few days got error message on printer screen OXO11A17FF  DOT11_PRIVATE

Printer shut down by itself and now nothing - no lights, no power on.  Unplugged power cord both ends, waited, re-plugged and still nothing.  Changed outlet - still nothing.  I think Instant Ink destroyed my printer on purpose.  Any ideas how to fix?
