I tried to do a factory reset on my printer it didn't go well! When trying reinstall the printer displays Message that I can't print until I sign up for instant ink. Had already done that. Gives me the option to hide the screen so I do. The next display wants to align the print heads. I click continue then it goes into an endless cycle printing alignment. The blue light for my internet blinks but I can't get to the setup screen to fix it.
