Product: OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to update the wireless settings on my 9015e printer, but I've inadvertently locked the contol panel and don't have the password/username.  I have been unable to follow the instructions I've seen here.  I go to SETUP then PRINTER MAINTENANCE but then the RESTORE buttn is greyed out and the panel is locked.
