Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I wanted to scan from the web services page but it said the feature was not available.  I had another issue as well with the display of the HP  scan program so I want to start from scratch-- reset the printer and install all software again.  When I try to reset it, it is asking for a password.   I tried the pin # that is on the printer.  I also tried a password that I had used to access the printer via the web.  Neither works.  How can I reset the printer?
