Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried several times to get my laptop to recognize my printer. The printer is connected to the internet and it is ok but the laptop won't download or open any of the hp smart apps. I thought I would be able to connect this ENVY 5000 series printer via a USB cable but I don't see a USB cable port on the printer.

The specs for this printer state USB and wireless so according to this photo the USB port is next to the power cord.
