I bought a new printer because my old one broke. I've added the new printer to my account but I can't remove the old one. How can I do this, please?

The HP Virtual Assistant doesn't understand what I want to do!!

Update folks!

 

It seems that I had to "hide" the unused printer to stop it showing on my account!

Seems odd because I don't own it any more and it has been recycled.
