I would like to remove the dynamic security feature from Officejet 8610

Hi,

The latest firmware have no Dynamic Security measures included, please ensure the latest firmware is installed:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8610-e-all-in-one-printe...

 

You may verify the current firmware via the HP Smart app by selecting Printer Information, if it does have the latest firmware installed (version 1910A) than Dynamic Security is disabled for your printer.
