Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I could not newly install software which I have got at the time of purchase.Although USB is working and power is on in the printer the software is not working and not go to next step . if any new version of the software is available please provide me to run the printer

Hi,

This would cause due to using a wrong driver, not intended for your operating system language or OS type.

 

Please clarify what is the display language of your computer, as well please clarify the exact filename of the installation program used to install the printer.
