I am using windows 10 64 bit notebook. Recently I download the driver as listed in the list. I could not get theabove printer. I then change to other drivers that had postscripts, I had managed to get the printer to print but only nearly quater of the page. The error that keep appearing is " 49 Err 3D910C8". The printer asked to "turn Off then turn On". The problem is not solved.
Pls advised.

Hi Makyamani and Juissi,
I saw the same problem and it’s printing fine now. My solution is using old driver of HP (file name is “upd-pcl6-x64-6.0.0.18849.exe”).
Before begin, you need search and download driver file “upd-pcl6-x64-6.0.0.18849.exe” (can search on Google), then you try:
- Turn off printer.
- Go Control Panel\Devices and Printers, select “Remove Device” all printers (HP P2055d).
- Go Control Panel\Programs and Features, uinstall/remove all programs (HP).
- Restart computer.
- Run file “upd-pcl6-x64-6.0.0.18849.exe”, select “USB mode plug and play” (in “Devices and Printers” windows with made 02 printers “HP P2055d PCL6” and “HP Universal Printing PCL6”).
- Go “Devices and Printers” again, select “Remove Device” both printers “HP P2055d PCL6” and “HP Universal Printing PCL6”.
- Restart computer again.
- Turn on printer and wait windows find and know your printer (if windows know your printer is “HP Universal Printing PCL6” is OK).
If you success too, let you share it with everybody!
I hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your advice,
unfortunately step 5 does not work for me,
Windows does not create neither HP P2055d PCL6 nor HP Universal Printing PCL6, nothing at all.
I have Windows 10, and the printer worked on Windows 7.
Do you have any suggestions?
