Product: HP Web Jetadmin Software
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I'm trying to open the log files for Web Jetadmin inside of the folder:

 

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\HP Inc\HPWebJetadmin\WjaService\tracing

 

These files are only partially readable when opened with Notepad, and I cannot find a native application to open them.

 

What program can I use to read these files properly?
