I purchased the HP Envy 7640 Series, I get home and install it, I connect to the HP website and unloading the EN7640_Full_WebPack_1092.exe package to install the software, install the software
Everything seems to go well, done, start the program that monitors your printer and gives me the following error, I tried new install the program and gives me the same problem, I also changed the package from the cd program I also installed, but it results always the same, the image and that of the 1st post.
