Impression qu'en noir

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus à imprimer en couleur avec Word et Excel.

Un jour en manque de couleur, une pop up est apparu et m'a dit que je pouvais imprimer seulement en noir. J'ai cliqué sur l'option.

Depuis j'ai remis une cartouche couleur et je n'arrive pas à retrouver comment décocher cette option.

Sur word, j'ai remis l'option couleur mais cela ne marche pas. Voir imprime écran ci-dessous.

Ce qui est bizarre c'est que quand j'imprime une page de test avec l'appli HP Smart. J'ai bien de la couleur.

Et aussi quand j'imprime un document word avec mon téléphone portable, j'ai bien de la couleur.

Thanks for your fast answer.

My issue is :

I can no longer print in color with Word and Excel.

One day lacking color, a pop up appeared and told me I could only print in black. I ticked on this option.

Since then I put a color cartridge and I can't find how to uncheck this option.

On Word, I put the color option back but it doesn't work. See screenshot below.

What is strange is that when I print a test page with the HP Smart app. I do have color.

And also when I print a word document with my mobile phone, I have color.

Can you please help me?
