Product: Hp deskjet Ink Advantage 2135
Operating System: Unknown

I bought my printer Hp 2135 in kuwait but the cartridge is hp652 since its the middle east. But When I went in the Philippines, the compatible cartridge for the printer is 680. Now when I try the hp680, it doesnt work. Its there any way to fix this?

Hi,

You would need to get a full set of genuine HP 680 Black and Tri-Color print cartridges available and the printer connected to w Windows PC or a Mac computer, then contact HP Support in the Philippines to reset your printer as described below:

If you are not able to create a case as the printer is out of warranty, follow these steps to dispute due to an "issue with my accessories", be sure to clearly describe that you moved from another country and would need a pen regionalization, once verified you'll get an email back with the case number and the phone details to call HP:
