Hello,

 

My printer was purchased in the US but since moving to the Czech Republic and buying a replacement ink cartridge (HP 301 ), I get an error msg “ incompatible cartridge”. I read somewhere on this forum that this is due to a change in region and the region would need to be updated in the printer. Can I please have some support on how exactly to do this so that I can continue using my printer?
