I just purchased an Envy 6455e. I plugged it in, connected it to my wifi, and was able to print out a 13 pg document from my desktop.
No initial options! I am stuck trying to finish setup for HP+ so I can replace an old printer on my instant ink account.

Hi, I've stumped three HP customer service reps and am beginning to feel that no one can help. Right now, while I so appreciate your offer to help, I can't stand going through the same, useless steps yet again. Definition of "insanity" is doing something the same exact way but expecting a different outcome." Meanwhile I'll soon run out of ink and can't replace my old printer with this new one.
