HP Officejet Pro 9022e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

i tried to install a HP Officejet Pro 9022e for a friend. After the setup, the message "Ready" appears.

So i want to print the testpage or someting; The message: Incomplete printer setup appears.

First i have to complete the printer setup. But, what i have to do? theres no explanation or details error message.

The Driver is installed, the newest firmware is installed, signed in with a HP+ Account.

I don't know what is missing.

Have somebody an idea for me?

@MarkS777, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print.

  • Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

For assistance with first-time printer setup, click here

Install the HP Smart app on the Win PC and try printing.

If this does not help, HP+ customers have an exclusive concierge. Click here to contact the HP Support team for assistance via a remote session.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
