Hi @Sprocket13,
I'd like to help!
I understand the information button is ON.
Information button: Prints out a printer information page on its current status.
Information light: If the light is blinking in white and the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the display is blinking fast at the same time, press the Information button to confirm a connection.
If it is amber (possibly blinking), it indicates an HP Instant Ink warning or error. Press the button to print an information page, check the HP Instant Ink section for diagnostic results, and then follow the instructions on the page.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
And, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Pressed info button and WiFi don't know what I am looking for says Attention More than one access point/ wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network. To avoid this, change your wireless network name to be unique.

The router is probably not configured in the bridge mode. This could be a NAT issue which means multiple routers are handing out IP addresses and causing a conflict. Bridge mode means the router acts as purely an access point and not a router.
I recommend you reach your ISP to sort the network issue.
Hope this helps!
