Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I moved from the US to Germany, and cannot get customer service to help me. I was told the US service would not serve me as I am now in Germany.

The ink i purchased here is HP in but the printer is saying it is incompatible. I read on here I need to reset it regionally. Can anyone assist me?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand you moved, and the printer is not is accepting the new region cartridges. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
