Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I would like to talk with an HP CS rep about my ink contract and the interface from my computer to my printer.

It feels like HP works very hard to prevent this from happening.  I do not find the answer to my situation anywhere on the website and I appear to be blocked because my unit is out of warrantee, however I have an active ink contract and some issues about that.  When I call customer service they won't let me in because of the warrantee expiration.  On the website I just keep circling around - the virtual chat is unhelpful.  Any ideas about how to reach a human???
