Product: Envy 7200e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A client recently bought one of these devices (HP Envy 7200e) and this is the 3rd model of the Envy series they have owned.  The client is adamant the older models provided a system tray indicator showing ink levels, rather than going to the App and checking.

 

Is this the case?  if yes, how do I turn on the System Tray Ink Level indicator, or is it a separate app?

On the printer's screen is an ink level icon (which looks like a droplet) to be pressed to check a estimated ink level.
