It has been months since my printer has been detected by either my laptop or phone. It always shows up as offline even though it is connected on my WiFi. Do I need to reinstall everything? Also, the paper does not feed properly in the printer. This has been an issue far too long and is not covered by the warranty anymore. I am sad since I paid around 8k PHP/150 USD for this printer and it has been used much because of these issues.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to connect to pc and phone and also facing paper pick issues.

 

To assist better -

 

  1.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on a 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

Meanwhile, try the steps in the document -An 'Out of Paper' error displays, the printer does not pick paper
