This is really shocking, HP have rolled out a firmware update (Granted I accept them as standard thinking they are for the best) only to now find when plugging in a new magenta that the firmware is blocking its us as "not genuine" which translates to "not HP". I'd like to understand if an update to correct this crooked practice is in the pipeline and how I can role back k the firmware to allow my old inks to be used unhindered. Really shocking of HP to try this again, I'd rather buy the competitors hardware and ink going forward (and that includes the company I buy print equipment for) than see this ever happen again. Shame on you.
