Hello! I can't insert the ink cartridges into this new machine. They keep shooting out (the holders have springs in them) . I have pressed so hard but they just keep shooting out. Help?!

HP Recommended

Try to insert the ink cartridge slowly, use force but slow push it all the way and then slowly release force.

If you are doing it too fast the spring mechanism can't catch the cartridge.
