Product: 8715

After the most recent update (2020) my HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 printer read all of my aftermarket ink cartridges I’ve been using as empty. How do I fix this or go back to my previous firmware that worked perfectly with cartridges that cost a third of HP’s?
