I want to scream. on and off i've been trying to fix this issue for a while now. Uninstalling and reinstalling, cleaning everything, checking drivers. You name it, i've tried it.
My inkjet 3830 won't print color. when i reset it up it does. Great! I've fixed it! But as soon as i try ti print anything else in color it's all greyscale. Not great. I've gone through different ways of fixing it and nothing works. When going into my advanced settings to make sure my setting is set to color, I get an empty drop down box and a red circle with a line through it next to color. My laptop is always up to date on everything.
Please help. Or so help me I'm going to go bald before i'm 30.

Can you see all colors printed as expected by the report? that's in order to better understand if this is a software or a hardware related problem.
