Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

HP has attempted to install the driver 44.1.2402.1741 twice. As a result, Windows Update shows 2 errors called Install Error 0x80070103. I have completely reinstalled Windows 11 and the error shows up again. The solution provided in the forum about hiding the error is not a solution. It is simply a band aide. What is the technical staff at HP recommending?
