HP Photosmart C410 All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to find the correct software/driver to be able to use my C410 scanning functions.  I can add just generically but the scan functions will not work.  Every time I try to install it says that I am windows 8 which I am on Windows 10.  So is this PRinter full function software not compatable with windows 10?

HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer series - C410 is compatible with Windows 10 and also has full feature driver.

The document suggested below, provides instructions for recovering from a 'Fatal Error' message when installing the HP printer software in Windows. Some 'Fatal Error' messages are also known as 'MSI' errors and usually include a four-digit numbered code, although the exact text of the error message varies.

Please try the steps, in this document: 'Fatal Error' Displays During HP Software Installation
