Hi @BZK49,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you have accidentally removed the driver for your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127-M128 from the print queue, you can reinstall the driver by following these steps.

For Windows.

Download the Driver:

  • Go to the "Support" section.
  • Enter your printer model (HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127-M128) and locate the driver download section.
  • Download the latest driver compatible with your operating system.

Install the Driver:

  • Run the downloaded driver file.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
  • Connect your printer to the computer when prompted.

Verify Installation:

  • Once the installation is complete, go to "Devices and Printers" on your computer.
  • Verify that your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127-M128 is listed.

Test Print:

  • Print a test page to ensure that the driver installation was successful.

For Mac.

Download the Driver:

  • Visit the official HP support website.
  • Enter your printer model (HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127-M128) and locate the driver download section.
  • Download the latest driver compatible with your macOS version.

Install the Driver:

  • Run the downloaded driver file.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

Verify Installation:

  • Open "System Preferences" on your Mac.
  • Go to "Printers & Scanners."
  • Verify that your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127-M128 is listed.

Test Print:

  • Print a test page to ensure that the driver installation was successful.

These are general steps, and the exact procedure may vary slightly depending on your operating system version.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
