Hello,

I Have a printer laserjet M1132 MFP winch I am trying to install on a sony computer which was previously under windows7 but was ungraded to windows 10 (64 bits). At first I thought that if i plug in the USB from the printer and run the SISetup.exe the steup will happen normally but windows is stopping it from starting with a warning message even if i run it as an admin.

 

Then I thought that it might be due to a problem of outdated drivers so I went on the HP support website and downloaded the relevent drivers for this specific printer and windows 10 (64bits). HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769

After downloading it and executing it the extracting of files happens up to 100% but then a warning message comes :

"the extraction failed" "Can not delete output file"

and the install crashes

 

Can you please help

Hi,

Please browse to C drive and delete the M1130MFP_M1210MFP_Full_Solution folder.

 

Run the installation file once again, once the extracts completes launch C:\M1130MFP_M1210MFP_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe and follow the steps on screen.
