Install printer software

2017 Fujitsu desktop collapsed one months ago.

Not all data salvaged from original kit including HP Envy 4500 installation software.

Printer is connected to the new H/W but the H/W does not recognise the printer, I assume because the set-up software is missing.

I have failed to get the HP Autobot to understand and I need to do some printing.

Anybody got any advice for me?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP ENVY 4500 E-All-In-One Printer.  

I have a few recommendations 

• To set up a printer for the first time then click this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03745931
• Open the control panel from the Start menu or right-click on the Windows button to add the HP Envy 4500 Printer to the Windows laptop. Choose Printers and Devices. Then choose to Add a Printer button to the top of the window. Select your HP Envy 4500 Printer from the list, and it takes one minute to show up.
