Due to age of printer, there was never a Windows 11 installation CD produced and it appears that the only support is through the Universal printer driver. The last full installation package was produced for Windows Vista https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/hp-color-laserjet-cp2025-printer-series/model/3673581
