Im having an issue installing my HP Officejet Pro 8600 All-in-one with the HP provided webpackage.

I receive an error message advising me that 'PlugPlay' failed to launch.  I am trying to install the printer on a Lenovo laptop with a Snapdragon Plus ARM Processor.

Are there any solutions?

Hi @MG501

1. You need to connect printer to Wifi network with the steps from the next video:

2. Second step download and install next driver:

3.  Then Add your printer in Laptop computer using Windows Configuration > Add printer option.

Thank you for your response, I have a follow up question, I use Adobe Pro for work and I scan docs with this printer, will following these steps allow me to utilize the scanner function?
