Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got a new computer running Windows 11.  When I want to print something on my 8720 printer, it works just fine (via WIFI).  However, I have not specifically installed the printer on the computer.  However, when I want to scan something, I cannot find that screen.  I looked in my programs and did not find the HP printer program.  I decided to install the program from the HP site, but I could not find the specific download for this printer.  I did find a screen that said to install the HP Smart Printer app.  When I clicked on the Microsoft Store link, nothing happens, except a new window opens that says Microsoft Apps, but the window is a complete blank.  If I try to actually contact someone at HP, I am told that my printer is not in warranty and I am unable to contact anyone.  I have been trying to get this to work for several hours.  I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me just how I can do it.  I really like this printer and have been using it for several years now and  I want to continue using it.
